Model Irina Shayk responds to Celeste Barber after recreating bikini pose

It looks like model Irina Shayk doesn't shy away from a bit of sweet mockery and took it all in her stride after comedian Celeste Barber copied one of her bikini poses.

Celeste, 39, regularly shares photos and videos with her 8.4 million followers, replicating everyone from Rihanna and Britney Spears to Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow.

It's fair to say that 35-year-old Shayk is one of her favorites and the model always seems to like parody pictures.

In the most recent, Irina posted with her arm leaning against a wall, a glass of wine in her hand and a pair of leather thigh-high boots.

Of course, not to mention, she also sports a bright green bikini.

In an attempt to copy the image, Celeste managed to find a turquoise bikini (hey, nothing is perfect). She also had a pair of black boots and the all-important glass of wine.

The comedian captioned the post, "Mum is on wine again," and Irina showed her appreciation with three fiery emojis.

As well as ripping A-listers from afar, Celeste also has some important messages to share - especially when it comes to censoring her photos… and similar ones belonging to models who aren't.

The post in question featured an editorial image of catwalk star Candice Swanepoel alongside a snap of Barber posing almost identically.

Both women were showing their skin as they sat topless - except for a strategically placed shirt - while covering their right breasts with their hand. One point of difference was the fact that in Celeste's playtime she is actually wearing nude underwear while the model does not.

Despite this, when fans tried to share the positive body post, they received a message from Instagram claiming that the side-by-side image "goes against our community guidelines on nudity or activity. sexual ".

Calling out Instagram's hypocrisy for branding her image a violation of community standards while leaving the original photo of Swanepoel unreported - Barber posted in her Instagram story: “Hey Instagram, sort out your standards of body shame, the guys. It's 2020. Catching up.

Federal Reserve lent $300 billion in emergency funds to banks in the past week

WASHINGTON (AP) — Cash-short banks have borrowed about $300 billion from the Federal Reserve in the past week, the central bank announced Thursday. Nearly half the money — $143 billion — went to holding companies for two major banks that failed over the past week, Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, triggering widespread alarm in financial markets. The Fed did not identify the banks that received the other half of the funding or say how many of them did so. The holding companies for the two failed banks were set up by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which has taken over both banks. The money they borrowed was used to pay their uninsured depositors, with bonds owned by both banks posted as collateral. The FDIC has guaranteed the repayment of the loans, the Fed said. The figures provide a first glimpse of the scale of the Fed’s assistance to the financial sector after the two banks collapsed this past weekend. ...
